Juggling is something that anyone can do with practice.  If you don't think you can learn.. you can.  If a one armed juggler can juggle 6 rings, then you can juggle at least 3 balls.  This page is designed to teach you the pattern for a standard 3 ball cascade.  Not anything more.  If you are still interested, you are welcome to attend our meetings.  6-8 Pm every monday at Redeemer Lutheran Church.  Email Robert Ernst, The Webmaster, at rjuggler@hotmail.com for more information.
The concept of juggling is easy and if you can learn 3 things, then you can juggle.  The first is just a simple toss.  This is a toss from hand to hand with the apex of your toss at or slightly above Eye level.  This is what all your tosses should look like.  As we continue, we simply add more tosses.
Step two is an exchange.  This is where you hold two balls, one in each hand.  You do a toss from your best hand.  Shortly before you catch this one with your weak hand, you will want to toss the other one.  You will then catch the first ball, and then catch the second ball.
Your third ball is then added right after the second.  This fills in the gap in your pattern, making it apper much smoother. The three balls will be moving in a figure eight or infinity pattern.
Now you know the basic three ball cascade!!!
